Breezy: Breezy is a one-bedroom (queen bed) cottage perfect for two people. 

 There is a bathroom with stand-up shower, with the kitchen and living room area combined that provide a full view of the gorgeous Caribbean Sea! 

 It is located on the same property as Tradewinds but sits to the east and north side of the lot. As mentioned with Tradewinds, the property contains many mature palm and grape trees that provide protection and relief from the ever-present sunshine. 

 Loungers are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishware and silverware, including a microwave, electric range, full-size refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, TV with cable hookup and all towels and linens. There is also use of a washing machine.

Rental Price

The price for one-week rental is $650.00, plus a 10% Tourism Tax that we ask you provide a separate check to us made payable to "Cayman Islands Government". Any additional nights would be $95.00 per night. We require a $200 deposit, per week, to reserve the dates. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you our "booking package" that provides tons of information and tidbits that will help you plan your vacation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your departure date. If you are booking less than 30 days of your departure date, we will require certified funds in full.
